We are a trauma-informed private practice specializing in evidence-based counseling, coaching, and consultation. Our team works with individuals, couples, veterans, first responders, athletes, and professionals navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and high-performance demands. We're collaborative, purpose-driven, and deeply committed to both client outcomes and clinician growth.

  • About the Role

    We are seeking a clinician — either a registered intern or fully licensed therapist — to join our team and build a meaningful caseload. You'll work with clients facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges, with access to EMDR training and mentorship from our licensed, experienced clinicians.

    This is an ideal opportunity whether you're working toward licensure or are already licensed and looking to build or expand a private practice caseload without the overhead and administrative burden of going it alone. You'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, grow at your own pace, and focus on what you do best — the clinical work.

    Sessions are offered both in person at our Gainesville office and via telehealth throughout the state of Florida.

    • A registered intern (any counseling licensure track) or fully licensed clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Florida

    • Genuine interest in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy

    • Collaborative, client-centered approach with a heart for meaningful work

    • Self-motivated with a desire to grow a caseload
