  • About the Role

    We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern to join our team and build a meaningful caseload under qualified supervision toward full licensure. You'll work with clients facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges — with access to EMDR training and mentorship from our licensed, experienced clinicians.

    Sessions are offered both in person at our Gainesville office and via telehealth throughout the state of Florida.

    What We're Looking For

    • Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field

    • Active registration as a Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida

    • Genuine interest in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy

    • Experience or desire to work with veterans, first responders, or high-performance populations is a plus

    • Collaborative, client-centered approach with a heart for meaningful work

You'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, grow at your own pace, and focus on what you do best — the clinical work — while being supported by an established practice infrastructure.

    What We're Looking For

    • Full licensure in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

    • Interest in trauma-informed care; EMDR training or certification is a plus

    • Experience working with trauma, anxiety, or high-performance populations preferred

    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a caseload
